Account and contact details, application answers, training preferences, practice and workout logs, check-ins, messages, and the information you choose to provide about injuries, pain, or limitations.

Basic technical information may also be processed to keep the service secure and diagnose errors. Askēsis does not sell personal information or use member health information for advertising.

We use personal information to assess applications, create and adjust training, provide coaching, maintain account security, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations.

Information about health, injuries, pain, or limitations is used only with explicit consent and only to make coaching safer and more appropriate. You may avoid entering optional health details and contact the coach directly instead.

Member information is available to the member and the Askēsis coach. Service providers such as Supabase, Vercel, and transactional email providers process limited information where needed to operate the platform under their own security and data-processing commitments.

We keep active account information while membership or coaching is ongoing. Application and coaching records are reviewed periodically and removed when no longer needed, subject to legal, safeguarding, accounting, or dispute-retention requirements.

Askēsis uses authenticated accounts, encrypted connections, database access controls, and restricted coach access. No online service can promise absolute security, so suspected account misuse should be reported promptly.

You may access and download your member data from Account, correct your details, withdraw health-data consent for future processing, object to certain processing, or request account deletion. Some information may be retained where the law requires it.
