The service
Askēsis provides educational training plans, movement and swimming instruction, habit support, and coach feedback. It is operated by Vaggelis Makrygiannis. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and intended for people aged 16 or older.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for choosing an appropriate training environment, using suitable equipment, following pool and open-water safety rules, and stopping when pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, chest discomfort, unusual weakness, or another concerning symptom appears. Share material changes in health or capability before continuing a plan.
Coaching boundaries
Askēsis is not medical diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, or emergency care. Coaching does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Individual results vary, and no performance, recovery, or health outcome is guaranteed.
Accounts and conduct
Keep login details private and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Do not copy, resell, publish, scrape, interfere with, or misuse member content, another person’s data, or the platform. We may suspend access where safety, security, non-payment, or serious misuse requires it.
Content and availability
Askēsis owns or licenses the platform’s written, visual, and training content. Members receive a limited personal-use right during access. Sessions, schedules, and features may change to improve safety or service quality. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the platform available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Ending access
A member may stop using the service or request account deletion from Account. Where paid membership is later enabled, the displayed offer and cancellation terms at purchase will also apply. Provisions concerning privacy, intellectual property, safety, and unresolved obligations continue where necessary after access ends.
