Programs
Foundations is the entry point to Askēsis: six weeks of daily practice, track sessions, recovery, and direct feedback, coached online.
Askēsis Foundations
6
weeks
Foundations gives you a complete starting system: what to do today, how to train this week, how to recover, and how to report what is actually happening in your body.
The goal is not to overwhelm you with options. The goal is to remove guesswork long enough for consistency to become normal.
A sample week
Daily Practice rotates through three formats, so nothing is ever a mystery. Track sessions add strength and swim work; this sample shows three, and your coach places yours on the days you can train. Sunday is for recovery and the check-in.
Daily Practice A
15 min · Overhead Integrity + Posterior Chain Authority
Daily Practice B
15 min · Rotation + Single-Leg Stability + Lateral Chain
+ Track session · 30–45 min
Daily Practice C

No. You need to be willing to practise. The Restore track exists for people returning to motion or starting from a lower base.
Daily Practice takes about 15 minutes. Track sessions are written for you and scheduled around the days you can train. Sunday is for recovery and the weekly check-in.
For Daily Practice: floor space, a wall and a towel. Many movements need no equipment at all. Swim track sessions need a pool.
The practice continues. Foundations is where every member begins. After it, Vaggelis sets your next block, with its own focus and length, from what your check-ins tell him.
